With sublimation printing, we transfer the design deep into the fabric fibers using high temperature and pressure, essentially dyeing the fabric the desired shade. This type of print will not wear, fade, or crack when worn or washed.
As a limitation, this technology is only suitable for fabrics with a high polyester content and light colors.

By using sublimation printing on the details of an item, we can create one-of-a-kind custom T-shirts, sportswear, team uniforms, hats, shopping bags and more. We can transfer the pattern and colors over the seams or even cover the entire item with the print. The item is completed after sewing the sublimated details together. We have created many cuts from which the customer can choose the right one for their organization.

We can sublimate print on a finished item if the item is made of white or light-colored polyester fabric. There are no restrictions on the size of the pattern or image. Avoid designing the image near the seams, neckline, and zipper. The advantage over a custom order is the ability to choose the item from a range of finished products from a brand you like.

Advantages
• The print is permanent. It will not crumble or fade even after repeated washing, stretching, or aggressive use.
• All color tones are available. Color transitions, very fine lines, and small details can be printed.
• Also a good choice for printing photos on fabric.
• Suitable for a variety of clothing items, such as (tube) scarves, polos, socks, hats, plaids, microfiber and velor towels, team sports equipment, as well as items with more complex design elements (e.g. beanies and umbrellas), as well as workwear that needs to be durable and large-sized items, such as towels and flags.

Technical data
• The fabric must contain at least 70% polyester. We get the best results with a fabric with a polyester content of 90–100%.
• The fabric must be a light or white shade.
• The largest print dimensions are 95 × 155 cm.
