DTF is the latest technology in the world of textile printing, which allows images to be printed on almost all materials quickly and with high quality. Compared to DTG printing, screen printing, sublimation or film printing, DTF printing is more economical from an environmental point of view and the process is short, only two stages, thanks to the use of industrial printers. DTF printing solves several challenges of conventional printing methods, allowing you to quickly achieve very accurate colors. The color transitions of images with a lot of detail are smooth, the images themselves are “sharp”. The number of colors that can be printed is not limited.

DTF printing is faster and more efficient. An industrial DTF machine prints textile inks onto a special film, then applies a layer of adhesive to the image, which is then dried in an oven. In the second step, the completed transfer image is heat-pressed onto the desired product. The heat activates the adhesive and ink, and they transfer and adhere from the film to the fabric.

Images and logos created with this technology are elastic on the fabric and can be used on textiles with different compositions such as cotton, elastane and polyester. So if the customer wants to have an identical image on their clothing collection despite the difference in materials, then with DTF printing there is no need to compromise. It is also possible to heat-press the image onto several other materials, provided that they can withstand high temperatures. The DTF image remains softer, thinner and more pleasant to the touch on the fabric than, for example, digital printing on film material. In addition, there is no need to apply a “cutting line” to the file, the image can be transferred so-called. “backgroundless”. Images in both vector and pixel graphics can be printed.

Our DTF printer is the only one of its kind in Estonia and the absolute top of this technology. Using special GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) 7.0 compliant ink, DTF adhesive powder and DTF film, we are convinced that our DTF printing is the best on the market in terms of speed, quality and environmental friendliness. A large part of the process is automated in the device, and therefore less ink, adhesive and film residues are generated than in other similar devices.
