The Helsinki Young Men's Christian Association ordered a jacket from us with the club's symbols for the members of their sports club. The initial task of this project was to create a product that would be trendy at the moment and also for everyday use. In this way, the club wanted to encourage the owner of the product to wear the jacket at times other than just when going to training or competitions, increasing the visibility of the club's symbols among its main target group - young people. The bomber jacket was chosen, to which we added the club's logo and slogan in various technologies. This jacket is specially designed for adding print and embroidery - its design allows you to add elements without compromising weather resistance or the lining.

The product features the HNMKY logo on the chest in classic embroidery, which ensures resistance to weather and washing. At the same time, it is striking and exclusive.

The back of the jacket features the club's slogan, which is a combination of screen printing and embroidery. Namely, the print is applied to reflective fabric, which adds a safety function to the product but also gives it an effect! The edges of the fabric are edged with embroidery, and the entire element is in turn attached to the jacket with a seam.
Many sports organizations order towels and sauna sheets with their logo from us. In and outside the gym, they help to display the logo of their club or organization and create a sense of unity among the organization's members.

FIFAA has been a major sponsor of the Estonian Football Association since 2014. This period includes many interesting projects, and one of the most exciting and extensive projects is the creation of the EFL mascot. Inspired by the Kalevipoeg epic, the hedgehog – the main character's wise advisor – has been chosen as the team mascot.
Producing mascots is not FIFAA's daily business, but since challenges keep us sharp, we took the bull by the horns. Or rather, the hedgehog by the thorn. First, the abstract hedgehog logo design had to be derived into a mascot that would be recognizable, yet allow for free movement, carry the team's symbols, and make the younger generation "cute".
The biggest challenge in creating the mascot was the mascot's head, which proved too heavy for the wearer in the first models. During the process, spines were sometimes added to the hedgehog and sometimes removed. In addition, so that the wearer of the mascot could see the surroundings without interference, the mascot's eyes were made larger. The suitability of the material and its processing options also played a very important role in ensuring the long-term durability of the product. The entire process took 4-6 months.

Ironmani projekti tegi eriliseks see, et pidime looma tooted nii osalejatele, korraldajatele kui ka müügiks. See tähendab, et tooted pidid olema disainitud selliselt, et oleks fännidele võimalikult atraktiivsed, samas vastupidavad ja kvaliteetsed ning müüjale pidi jääma piisav marginaal.
Muuhulgas sai trükitud erinevaid fännitooteid nii meestele, naistele kui ka lastele. Valikus olid näiteks pusad, t-särgid, spordisärgid ja nokamütsid, millest paljud rändasid koos võistlejate ning nende fännidega välisriikidesse.
Logod said pusadele ja nokamütsidele peale kantud transfertrüki tehnoloogias, kus logo trükitakse spetsiaalsele transferpaberile. Trükk teostatkse värv-värvi haaval ning kujutis trükitakse peegelpildis, lõpuks tõmmatakse peale liimikiht, mis annab võimaluse logod tootele kuumpressida.
Transfer trükk annab väga palju erinevaid võimalusi: näiteks saab logosid trükkida varuks ette ja kanda neid hiljem kuumpress meetodiga toodetele. Selle üheks eeliseks on näiteks olukord, kus trüki hetkel pole täpselt teada millise kujutisega pilte vaja rohkem ja milliseid vähem või millistele suurustele mis pildid peaksid minema. Transfer trükk annab võimaluse kanda logosid ka sinna kuhu näiteks siiditrükki otse teha ei saa: spordirõivad, varruka otsad, pükste sääred, õmbluste lähedale.
Bolt is one of the most successful Estonian companies, known worldwide. In collaboration with Bolt, we have created products with their company logo for both company employees and for campaigns.
One of the projects was a cloth bag with the Bolt Food logo, where the logos were applied using screen printing, which is the longest-standing textile printing technology. It is a true master's art that requires years of experience and knowledge of the material.
In this case, screen printing was chosen based on the quantity of products desired. The larger the quantity, the more affordable the printing per product, as the costs of the long and complex pre-setting and preparation of screen printing are spread over a large batch.
Bolt Food's cloth shopping bags came in cheerful and vibrant colors that stand out (an important feature for a promotional product). The bag was chosen in black, which is again a solid choice considering its practicality and long-lasting use.
The advantages of screen printing are that it is the most affordable printing technology for large batches, relatively large images and other designs can be printed, the colors remain bright and vivid, and it can be printed on almost any textile item with a smooth surface and that can withstand heat.
